WHEN PROVIDING ARTWORK: 1.Camera-ready Art (black art on white paper) Half tone, multi color art work, photocopies, business cards, stationary, photos, or film positives/negatives do not constitute camera-ready art. Any additional design work or changes to existing art may be subject to a charge of $30.00 per hour. 2. Digital Art Acceptable file formats: • Illustrator 8.0 • Photoshop 5.0 • Freehand 8 • Canvas 6 • Acrobat PDF (for one color art only). Acceptable Media: • Floppy disks • Zip disks • CD_ROM, or email Please include the following: • All fonts used in the file, or type converted to outlines • A hard copy of your art (fax is acceptable) • PMS colors if necessary When sending files via email: • Please include your name and phone number • Send to heather@signco.net

WHEN APPROVING ARTWORK: The art department will fax you an art approval.* This will include the location, size and color(s) of your design. Please look the approval over carefully. If everything is correct, please sign and fax back. A signed approval is required in order to complete your order. Your signature indicates approval and releases Signco Stylecarft of responsibility of error. Any changes after approval will result in additional charges. This process is to ensure that your order is as you expected. * If you do not have access to a fax, your salesperson may arrange for you to approve the art when you place the order, or the art department will notify you when your art is ready for approval.
